MARKET DISTRICT PROJECT

This was a fun project in the Market District downtown DSM. We had an investor approach us about a property that had an abandoned garage on it. We met with the new buyer and our architect to put together a blueprint that we could get approved by the city engineer. This was initially going to be rental units until our agent approached us with a buyer wanting to turn this into a custom home. Win, win for our the new seller and new buyer.
